Richard, in your Browser screen, have a look at your "Bookmarks"
Drop-Down and you should see that you can "Manage Bookmarks".

I can't recall EVER having done it myself but, on that screen, you can
"Edit" .... "Select all" ..... then "Edit" ..... "Copy".

Then close THAT instance/Profile of SeaMonkey and open your other
instance/Profile of SeaMonkey, select "Bookmarks" .... "Manage
Bookmarks" ..... "Edit" ..... and then "Paste".

Hopefully that will copy the first set of Bookmarks and Paste it into
the second set of Bookmarks .... without over-writing that second set.

   As 'they' say .... Back-up .... Back-up .... Back-up!!

Then EDIT the new/improved set of Bookmarks to remove duplicates.

.... I seem to recall .... there WAS an add-on that would remove
Bookmark duplicates .... but where I got it from .... PASS! Has it been
updated .... PASS!! ... Was that Add-On rended useless because the
format of the Bookmarks file changed .... seems to ring a few Bells!
