   Don't know about this, but a similar frustration point is that, when any   
   email message is selected in SM Mail, if you press "DEL", even by   
   accident, that message is immediately considered 'deleted' -- and to get   
   it back, I close SM, open the corresponding mail folder in a text   
   processor (like Notebook), find the 'deleted' message, change its   
   "X-Mozilla-Status & Status2" back, delete the folder's MSF file, reopen   
   SM, and let it rebuild the MSF file; a "Confirm Delete?" or "Undo"   
   option (like the "Undo Move Message" existing one) would avoid that, but   
   it seems there is no way to do that.
