   Many softwares claim to be alternative or replacement for the Command Prompt   
   (i.e. CMD), but most of them are just wrappers of the existing CMD. They   
   won't work if CMD is blocked or removed.   
      
   True CMD alternatives and replacements are, so far: ReactOS' CMD, and   
   JPSoft's TCC/LE (freeware version of TCC).
