   Chances are that, you didn't download & install the one which include all   
   plugins.   
      
   Otherwise you'll have to separately download the "High Efficiency Image File   
   Format Plugin (HEIF, HEIC)" plugin package (from the Plugin section on the   
   same download page) and manually install it.
