   I was in a hurry and forgot to add that it's been a while and too much   
   water under the bridge. I can't remember exactly what the incident was,   
   but I do distinctly remember that such an issue did arise and I had to   
   install .Net 2 on this W10 computer. Timewise, it was about a half year ago.
