   at least for now . . . after windows xp, vista (2007), 7 (2009), the popular   
   jbn (jack b nymble 2.1.4) faced obsolescence with: "component 'ztray.ocx' or   
   one of its dependencies not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid"   
   also "comctl32.ocx" . . . and "regsvr32.exe" didn't solve the problem either,   
   so hello w7 goodbye jbn . . . fortunately, omnimix was there to save the day,   
   and this unmaintained qsl (quicksilver lite 1.4.4) is still working, for now   
      
   historically, windows updates have strictly adhered to the industry standard   
   "embrace, extend, extinguish" mantra which is really how all big governments   
   (i.e. military, industry, congress, ad infinitum) have always conducted them-   
   selves throughout the world . . . it is their planet, after all, caesar divi
