   Works fine even in Windows 7.   
      
   Most common cause is incomplete download of executable file. That may break   
   the executability entirely. The file size should be exactly 7380,872 Bytes.   
      
   Or the application found a DLL in the system which need to be loaded, but it   
   has the wrong bit-ness.   
      
   Other chances are that, it's due to stoopeed anti virus.
