   Even if I select my hard drive (SATA) option 2 and 3 aren't available.   
   Tried a USB 2 and USB 3 flash drive: no go.

   Nope, didn't work. I actually used Rufus to repair the flash drive after   
   UUI's 'Prepare this Device' broke it.

   It's not that; I disabled blocking and it still didn't work.
