   Please don't. Such tool forces running program data in RAM to be swapped   
   into page file. Those running programs need to access their data, thus   
   causing swapping data back from page file into RAM. While this will increase   
   performance of programs which will be run, it will decrease performance of   
   the entire system. Such tool can not actually know which and how much data   
   is actually needed by the owning program.
