   Yes; I agree that having a local db is a good strategy.   
      
   My 'problem' (or inconvenience) is that I occsly encounter 'someone'   
   referring to a moldy old MID.  It seems to be overkill to 'maintain' a   
   large  local db if I have a robust NSP who will do that for me w/ a   
   fetch MID tool.
