   Yes dishonest. Quote or not this was the opinion of two individuals. The   
   headline gives the false impression (as you did) that the war in Iraq is a   
   failure. Of course anyone reading the article will see the article for what   
   it is.....Bad Journalism. Does that make me an idiot?
