   ah, you mean a price which includes all externalised costs...   
   seems reasonable....i take it you intend to include rising seas, increased   
       malaria, 100s of thousands of deaths from pollution, changed crop   
       viability, the largest number of species wiped out for 65 million   
        years, increased violent weather damage......
