   34% of the 2005 Fiscal budget was borrowed money from foreign investors,   
   who are harboring diminishing interestes due to the falling value of the US   
   dollar.  In 2004, the US dollar was worth $1.17 to the Euro...  Thanks to the   
   bushites corporate back-scratching, theft from the federal coffers and other   
   miscellaneous corruption and scandal, today it's worth around .79 cents.
