   Tagging children is a positive step in the prevention of kidnappings and the   
   tracking down the sexual predator. The question therefore is why stop at   
   children? Why not tag the following high risk groups:- Paedophiles, Rapists   
   & Muslims. These three groupings alone without doubt represent the greatest   
   threat to both society and our children & should be dealt with accordingly.
