   The scary thing is that that's probably the plan of the Neocons all along.   
      
   Introduce ID cards and see them fail. Then, a little while down the line,   
   they can suggest having implantable ID cards - which can't be lost, stolen   
   or removed.   
      
   I guess you'd then have to put the kids arm in a microwave oven for 30   
   seconds to destroy the ID tag. :-)
