   What makes you think it had anything to do with 9/11 ?   
      
   From the presence of the earth moving equipment, I would have guessed it was   
   Jews protesting at the Israeli destruction of their homes in the West Bank,   
   as part of the pulling out of Jewsih settlements.   
      
   However, not speaking Hebrew, I don't know.
