   I'm not suggesting we shouldn't learn from the past, but there's no possible   
   way anyone can justify blaming the current American population for what   
   happened well before they were born. Why should anyone pay the price for   
   others' mistakes? When I say "forget the past", I don't mean it should be   
   erased from history. I mean that it is time to move on and stop blaming   
   people for something they had no control over.
