   I imagine such a challenge would seem difficult to someone such as yourself,   
   with your extremely limited knowledge on anything related to this topic you   
   are attempting to discuss.   
      
   For anyone with an IQ over 20, this answer is extremely simple.   
      
   The East mechanical penthouse collapses into the building, indicating a   
   failure of the structure beneath that structure. Nothing happens to the   
   other visible portions of the building for a full 5 seconds. For the   
   terminally clueless, such as yourself, what we have here is one portion of   
   the structure failing, while other portions clearly are not failing. Thus,   
   you imagined simultaneous failure of the entire structure is proven to be   
   false.
