   Yeah right!  A Constitutional specialist who doesn't know that the Whiskey   
   Rebellion (1794) happened AFTER the adoption of the Constitution and   
   organization of the Federal government (1789).  Or that the 13,000 man   
   MILITIA force that Washington lead to end the "rebellion" was probably more   
   men than he had under direct command during the Revolutionary War.
