   	Militia in this context is Infantry, that's for Infants .....right,   
   So the people over 45 are what.....Right Rank/File...since they don't issue   
   guns to Rank/File.....they get a good Kewl Colt .45 acp officer or commander   
   model.....the rest is paper work.....   
      
   	It's pretty much just like what were doing now......(propaganda   
   work)...we should get a pay hike...
