   The supreme court will not hear cases involving the 2cd amendment,   
   probably because know that individuals in the U. S. do indeed have the   
   right to keep and bear arms, as the amendment says.  The part about   
   "militia" does not negate the part about the right to "keep and bear".   
   Lefties in the legal system are loathe to see the court affirm that   
   right, so the court simply refuses to take any such cases.
