   It costs money to locate the petroelum fields.   
   It costs money to drill and start producint the raw product.   
   It costs money to transport the petroleum to the refineries.   
   It cosst money to build and run the refineries.   
   it costs money to distribute the petroleum products to the consumers.   
   It costs a great deal of money to creat the infrastructure for the   
   consumers to use petroleum products.   
      
   And when petroleum products are pumped out of the ground the   
   government who claim ownership of the resource taxes production.   
      
   You are of the same mindset as the shoplifter who steals from a store   
   because they believe the owners fo the store can afford it, or get   
   compensated by insurance....
