   There are other considerations.  The Bush admin might think a war would   
   distract the people, or make them think they need John McCain in power   
   because the world is such a dangerous place, and that calls for a   
   warmongering president.  Also, it would be a way for Bush to go out on a   
   positive note--beating one of our enemies successfully.
