The biggest problem is that criminals ignore the Gun Laws just like to
all the other ones regarding their illegal behaviors. Sure one can
put an end to legal weapons possession, but all the "Gun Laws" in the
world don't put an end to the illegal possession.

Most do that in the current system since we've pretty much
figuratively neutered every male on the planet into being a she-male
wannabe. Even if armed the average "Liberal" would probably end up
shitting himself prior to protecting their loved ones.

BTW -- Anyone track the level of Violent Crime in Australia after
their gun ban went into affect? The numbers did move in the direction
expected. However, in those states in the US that have gone to a
"Shall Issue" CCW Permit process & Castle Doctrine Laws have seen a
   reduction in violent crime.
