The critical issue isn't one of IQ, it is one of benevolence. Given a
   dictator like:
     - high IQ
     - very benevolent with empathy
     - moral and honest with integrity
     - decisive and open
     - humble

Now that would make a fantastic dictator. Trouble is of 6.6 billion of us
on the planet I know of no one suitable. Given the shortage of these types
   I will stick with democracy.
