   I will read up on that. I have been reading about controlled demolitions =   
   of   
   old buildings around the world and it seems it's quite difficult to   
   demolish a building so it doesn't fall leaning one way or the other. This   
   seems to be at odds with what happened with the World Trade Center   
   buildings. I continue research...
