   Had Bill Clinton done in Mogadishu back in '93 what Ethiopia   
   accomplished in a single week nearly a decade later, there   
   factually would have been no OBL, no AlQaeda, no 911,   
   no Endless War.   
      
      
   Clinton bears unequivocal responsibility for allowing it to happen.   
      
   History is repeating itself, we need only listen to the LIBs:   
   THEN:   
     to leave now we would send a message to terrorists and other   
     potential adversaries around the world that they can change our   
     policies by killing our people.  It would be open season on Americans.
