   You just put your foot in your mouth again.  The tiles had nothing   
   what so ever to do with the Columbia accident.  It was a carbon-   
   carbon shield that failed, not a tile.  There has never been a   
   problem with that part in the past, and it only failed because it   
   was hit with a suitcase size chunk of debris.

   There you go, making up yet more stuff.  There is zero evidence   
   of intelligent civilization on Mars.  Such a civilization would   
   create energy and electromagnetic radiation.  Neither of which   
   have been found on the red planet.  If you are talking about an   
   ancient dead civilization, then they would likely have left something   
   behind, but to date, not a single artifact has been found.   
      
   You have been watching too much science fiction and not reading   
   enough about science fact.  The two are vastly different items.
