   Area 51 Deadly Silliness;   
      
   If you look closely at the security signs around Groom Lake Area 51 or so I   
   understand you will see the area is not owned and   
   operated by the military but by the DOE (Department of Energy). It is also my   
   understanding that the DOE is responsible for the   
   building and storing of nuclear weapons. The DOE will keep ownership of all   
   nuclear weapons until such time as the president   
   approves dispersal of such weapons to the various military services. I suspect   
   that this Nevada site is a storage area for nuclear   
   weapons and that is the only reason for all the deadly security. The alien   
   stuff is just to keep the publics mind off Special   
   Weapons like Nuclear/Biological/Chemical/Psychological/the Special Forces that   
   protect them.   
   In all my life there is very few things that I have seen the military is   
   willing to use deadly force to protect and the only things   
   I have seen in addition to that I have already mentioned is SECRET libraries   
   of gathered intelligence and technical information   
   considered crucial for whatever reason. There is also the possibility of   
   storage of some kind of important library. The military if   
   it wants to protect such stuff will establish a no mans land of security   
   around it and is willing to do anything to keep the   
   cherished things secure regardless of the US Constitution and the Bill of   
   Rights.   
   It is my understanding that since W.W.II the Constitution and Bill Of Rights   
   has not been taken seriously since the inventions of   
   mass destruction we in the USA really have no rights.   
      
   Area 51 and Groom Lake and Aliens from Outer Space is nothing more than silly   
   nonsense.   
   More than likely the Government is taking horribly birth defected people that   
   can not get along in society and if they have normal   
   brains are putting these deformed people to work in a way that will benefit   
   the nation while giving them a somewhat decent life.   
      
   I can imagine no other reasoning for all this silliness except possibility of   
   the movie industry and other artistic capitalistic   
   bullshit milking the country for all the Moines it can get.   
      
   That's my 2cents.   
      
   The only thing I would like to add is the thing about In-alienable rights...   
   This means you have rights that you never be separated from by any means...   
   There are many such rights but the only ones supposedly protected are the   
   ones of Life, Liberty, Property. You can not sign or give away these rights   
   no matter what the law may say. But they can be and are taken from   
   you and the only recourse you will have is to be angry because since we   
   have acquired those special weapons none of us really have a constitution or   
   Bill Of Rights Anymore.   
   The next time you pay RENT...errr...taxes  to the Government for property   
   you supposedly own think seriously about really owns that property.
