   information?  Or look at the satellite photos?   
   Then ask yourself why all the new construction   
   is going on if the place is closed?  And who is   
   doing the construction if nobody is there?  And   
   why are they flying Janet flights into a place   
   that is closed, or running dozens of trucks in
