Extrication crew eventually       remove roof, doors, seats etc and the dead body is retrieved       (in parts). On the floor of the car we find a driver license       with the name Joe Blow, 17 year old local kid, same lic that       the vehicle query returns to.              Sheriff notifies Joe Blow's parents "very sorry to inform       you, your son was killed in an auto accident".              Mom cries, dad stomps and cusses, they cancel their       work day, take their other kids out of school, make       funeral arrangements etc. ID'ing the dead body was       extremely difficult due to the immense blunt trauma.       Parents took a look at the nearly decapitated, very       crushed body and said "Yes, that's our son".              About noon, Joe Blow (the alleged dead kid) phones home       and says "I'm sorry I got drunk last night and passed       out at the party". Billy took my car and I don't know       where he is.              Bottom line, it was Billy that was driving the car,       and died. Joe Blow's license was in the car but Joe       was back at the party passed out on the floor.              Parents went pretty ballistic.                     Lumpy       --       You were on CHiPs?
