I am sure that folks have. There are large numbers that come in
from Vegas, and those people probably lead a pretty normal live
outside of work. They have families, talk to neighbors, have
relatives, and throw the occasional backyard bar-b-que.
The thing is that they are sworn to secrecy. They know that the
type of secrets that they are working would lead to consequences
if they let them out. That is why the government is so successful
at keeping those secrets without having to create secret cities or
holding the employees on base.

Groom lake often appears as either detachment 2 of NASA Dryden
flight center, or as a part of Nellis AFB. Those would seem
to be logical choices for a domain. But in reality, there is
no need to fix anyone to a particular domain. One person could
have an e-mail address from the Navy Museum, and the next person
could have an address from the air base in Okinawa.
