the 2nd one is located on down the same road half way to the east
gate ...... I've heard tell there are several ( 4 ) more inside .
( don't know about " all that " tho ...... )
I'd think it's HIGHLY unlikely anyone would drill for water ,
especially to serve the city LV in the middle of the most well
documented and potentially polluted radioactive underground water
plume in the USA. ( the mayor of LV said on TV that it extends
out 35 - 50 miles from ground zero to the east ) that and there
must be zillions of better places ( like that gigantic underground
water reserve at north end of the Pharangat ) that are much
closer to the city !
dunno what those really are ( go take a look at them ) , but they
are bigger than any city water system well head I've ever seen
and located in a potentially polluted underground water system
area , if they are for wells ! also , how do people get into
them ( service them etc ) with the lid locks on the inside ? plus
.. where are they going to get power for them as well ? ......
just stuff to think about ......
we're probably all missing their real applications !!! hah a haha
still interesting stuff ...... maybe one of the system engineers
will get on and inform us all as to what their purpose really is !

maglevs / UFOs and aliens to show !! ha ahaha ha hahaha
