dunno where that came from .. related to these holes anyway
   ..........

that's another interesting thing about these holes ..... the one
down the hill ( nearer the base ) might be something about drilling
for water , because it's pretty much down in the basin of that valley
.... but ........ what about the one up at the edge of the hills .....
at glr and the highway ?

that hole would have to be much deeper to reach the water and would
be at the far edge of that aquifer . don't know why someone would
put a well there ........ if it was water for LV they are after
....... wouldn't you put those wells up and down vertically in the
center of the lowest parts of the basin ? in other words .....
maybe the one on the middle of the road ( closest to the base )
and the 2nd one north of that in the bottom of the same basin ?
   interesting ........

   >water supply?

it might actually be related to monitoring ground water
contamination like the engineer said .... strange as that seems.
maybe the seepage to the east is worse that they are admitting or at
least they are keeping an eye on it .......

still why drill and case 2 wells the size of a manhole , if that is
the need ? why drill and case a well with a pipe the size of a
manhole if it's just for a LV water supply ? most of the largest
neighborhood wells ( that I have seen ) in LV look to be no larger
   than 10 or 12 inches at most ...... this puppy is about 36' - 38 "
   or larger ....

   >or the black helo's or whatever).

there is no obvious reason or connection for those " wells "
that you can see. like you said , why make them so obvious if they
are related to the base ? the only connection is their close
proximity to the base, being located on GLR, the trick rigs that did
the work ( not your ordinary drilling rigs, big money paid for this
work ) , the fact they " hid " the tailings with all that bulldozer
work ( something that is always done when drilling security related
holes for the government so that people with satellite photos can't
look at the dirt pile and estimate the size and depth of the
excavation ) , the fact they seem to have " inside " latches for
the covers , and that they are the size of manholes ( oddly large
for any type of drinking water well ) . there is plenty of seemingly
mysterious elements related to them ...... but we'll probably find out
( eventually ) they have some plain , uninteresting purpose ! h ah
ah aha hah a h it'd be too good to be true .... if you know what I
mean ! fun stuff for now tho ........ ( while we wait for them to
   trot out the maglevs )

   >
   >Clarify for me pleasel...Is the drilling rig gone
   >and now it's just the wellcap or whatever in place?

there were 4 or 5 drilling rigs or more ........ many trailers with
related drilling equipment on them , very trick new stuff , probably
required because of the large diameter of the holes. ordinary rigs
don't do holes that large. they had large piles ( truck loads and
truck loads ) of steel casing pipe. those holes are pretty deep ....
no shallow holes in this instance .... probably as deep as many over
in YV. there were a number of cement trucks dumping loads of cement
, quite a lot of them it seemed . there were many other trucks,
bulldozers etc. it went on for some time ....

all of the stuff has been gone for quite a long while now ( many
months I think ) ......... remaining are two largish cement square
platforms with manhole sized casing pipes sticking out of them , the
cement 2 or 3 feet high and the casings a couple feet higher than
   that .
the casings have round caps ( a foot to 18" or more in length ) on
them with no visible way of opening them ..... no handles , no latches
   , no welds .......... nothing .

if nothing else it's fun to speculate ....... if really for the base
.... we'll probably never know much more about them.
if it's for the base ... there is probably already a cover story in
   place to explain them anyway ...... either way , " you " and " I "
will never really know the truth , for sure , unless we get into
them and take a look for ourselves ( as with most of the stories
about base related stuff ) and ( like with all the rest of the
stuff ) that's never likely going to happen ! ah ah ha hah a a aa

   trippy isn't it ? ...........
