   Did McVeigh kill the people in the Alfred P. Murrah building?  There is very   
   compelling evidence that highly sophisticated explosive devices were placed   
   inside the building.  What is beyond doubt is that there was much more   
   afoot surrounding the OKC bombing than the OCT claims.  It's far from clear   
   whether McVeigh was in collusion with people inside the government.
