   The directions I've read take you to the spring, then   
   generally head south toward the summit. Then somehow   
   direct you to "the saddle"

   inside the boundary. Seems odd.   
      
   The gate & the spring, seem (perhaps) dangerously   
   close to the toxic waste area.   
      
   I see a couple of "What's This" points in   
   that area.

   Looks like some kind of man made structure   
   with a road/path heading NE from there.   
   I believe that to be just inside the boundary.
