Camos were up the hill in the usual       spot. The kid on the ATV rode up hill on the public side,       then crossed over and came down the hill on the camo       road side. They were all hooting and hollering about       how they'd crossed the border.              Tape stopped at that point. Surely the camos came down       the hill and did what they are supposed to do.              Maybe that was the same one. Dirt bike or ATV, I       don't recall exactly. In the video you could clearly       see they knowingly crossed the line.              That kind of deliberate taunting stuff is just plain       stoopidumb.
