   I'm sure Norio doesn't really read this group.   
   But I'd like to hear about that citation the   
   BLM ranger issued to the GL employee. Did he   
   pursue the offender onto the base? Issue the   
   cite and serve it at a later date?   
      
   I got the impression that the rally was taking   
   place very close to the border on GLR. If it's   
   in the spot I imagine, I can't imagine the   
   ranger having time to chase down and effect   
   a traffic stop between the rally site   
   and the border.
