   As I see it, it hasn't. Except the medical   
   institution is guaranteed to get paid. And the   
   "class" of humans that can afford to overpopulate   
   and pollute the earth do it on time payments.   
      
   So now you've got people that are a lot LESS   
   healthy, exist addicted to drugs, and continue   
   to squeeze new burdens to mankind out of their   
   uterus'. But by gawd, those doctors are getting   
   their boats and their condos in the mountains.
