   Could be a discone upper element. But if it were,   
   it looks like the dishes are in the way. There would   
   be some counterpoise elements below that in typical   
   ground plane or skirt or cone fashion. That size   
   disk, either discone or ground plane counterpoise,   
   is a bit large for aircraft freqs. Might be about the   
   right size for VHF military between about 30-100 MHz.   
      
   Is the photo titled "Pahranagat" Badger? Or is it   
   the towers up the hill and west of Alamo airport?   
   I've seen map references labeling those Alamo   
   towers as "Pahranagat".
