   Stuff we'd been doing with a simple stethoscope for decades.   
   Works on trailers, mobile homes, glass windows of frame houses,   
   car trunks etc.   
      
   Listen for a rhythmic sound, make a loud noise (throw a   
   tennis ball against the window/trunk/wall/floor) and   
   listen for the increase in rhythmic sound (heart rate   
   rising in response to the sound).   
      
   Sometimes the tennis ball without the stethoscope   
   will startle the secreted person into shouting.
