   The "WMD" area of the mock Arab city over near dogbone   
   used to be fuzzed out. That's the southern most part   
   of the fake stream (blue paint). It was subsequently   
   in the clear some time later.   
      
   I recall your S4 radar being the same way.   
   Looked blurred deliberately, like it was only   
   the area within a fence line, then later it was   
   in the clear.
