   So where are the pens for the horses?   
   Outside the border?   
      
   Are the horses still free range on the   
   "horse reserve" or whatever it's called   
   that's inside the test range/bomb range/A51 border?   
      
   I'm amazed at whatever relationship there is between   
   Medlin and the base. The base can take land as they   
   see the need yet they still can't take away the   
   grazing rights for Steve's cattle?
