   Yes, I'm trying to get more than the usual 4 hours sleep.   
      
   I often wake up after 4 hours and can't get back to sleep because of   
   all my research. Then I get online on the internet and stay awake for   
   another 12 hours or much more.   
   That's probably what caused my Bells Palsy.   
      
   These days I'm balancing things out.   
   And focusing on a much better future for all.   
   I also like the variety of blog talk radio shows my friends are   
   organizing.   
      
   And that is thanks to America and Europe.   
   It's great to have your own Heaven.
