   Hard to believe you don't have a beef with Joerg.   
   Whether you do or not is not material. Your intellectual   
   material is being stolen, in violation of federal law,   
   civil law, and perhaps international treaty.   
      
   It's the webmaster's job to not allow that to happen.   
      
   Once he's notified, he too becomes guilty of the crime.   
   In some cases, even if he's not notified, he's guilty.   
      
   But, you should do what you think is appropriate.   
   If you think it's appropriate to let Joerg allow   
   stolen material on his site, that's your decision.
