   Yep it burned. Just after the local S.O. went up there   
   and did some cadaver sniffing and other forensic   
   studies. They were investigating reports that there   
   may have been several bodies buried up there.   
      
   I'm not sure how that turned out. The cadaver dogs   
   lit up on some stuff.   
      
   Lots of the structures at Death Valley have burned   
   down mysteriously. Some suggest it's militant NPS   
   employees that want to see the parks return to more   
   natural states, sans traces of man.   
      
   I'm not convinced either way. I know when it used   
   to be a Natl Monument, lots of Park people would   
   openly complain about the various structures   
   on the monument and that they'd like to see it   
   turned into a park.   
      
   But yes, Barker ranch is now charcoal.
