   Although I can't see the wires on my monitor, I tend to agree   
   with your interpretation. The gray building looks much newer, esp   
   the roof, than the others in the area. It also appears very   
   level, unlike the outhouse up the hill.   
      
   Perhaps that bldg houses the bobcat loader seen in the   
   other photos. The wind turbine could be a trickle charger   
   to float a charge on the Bobcat's batteries.   
      
   The whole thing brings to the table the question of   
   "Who still owns the groom property and what do they do up there?"   
   My impression was that once the original Groom Patriarch died,   
   the property became un-enterable and off limits. Yet these   
   photos tend to suggest not only entry but current use of   
   some sort.   
      
   Miso, got any dope on the county/state records for that place?   
   Norio? Peter? Glen? Any of you guys out there with any clarification?
