   The autopsy report on Derek Shannon Haithcock has revealed that Derek   
   Shannon Haithcock was killed by agents of a foreign, unconstitutional   
   government using cyanide as the instrument of death. The agents are still at   
   large operating inside of restaurants around the world. For the interests of   
   public safety, the people have to be removed from the face of the earth.
