   sorry unit244, I have to take exception with that view.  " I " own   
   that equipment , out there , and I want to see what they are doing   
   with my money.  secondly , some people just think that " government "   
   does a little bit better job when performing in the public eye.   
      
   myself , I love the government and like to " take a look "  at all the   
   new and interesting toys they are building and testing, but even " I "   
   know the government can be " naughty " and get spanked every   
   now and then. (  I retired from a 3 letter government agency that   
   got spanked and disbanded for being " bad  boys "  in the USA . )   
      
   if you feel that it's " none of YOUR business " , then  thats fine ?   
   telling other people ( that probably out class you by 50 IQ points or   
   more )  that you have the right to judge what it right for them only   
   demonstrates the fallacy of your perspective.
