   The postings by "unit244@defencecontracts.org.uk" are being made by a   
   certain 'someone' (name of David, I believe) in the news department at a   
   radio station (beat 106, x-fm, etc.) owned by Capital Radio PLC in London,   
   UK. He drives an '87 5-series M5 beemer (BMW).   
      
   The domain name registration address "Rudloe Manor" is a business center   
   operated by Rudloe Manor Ltd, a division of Hartham Park PLC. It is host to   
   a large number of businesses.   
      
   It *isn't* RAF Rudloe Manor (aka RAF Colerne) where the various UK   
   Government Emergency Bunkers, CCC, and RAF Provost & Security Service   
   are/were located.   
      
   Defence Contracts Ltd (inc. 16/04/2004) and Defence Contracts Agency Ltd   
   (inc. 22/06/2004) share the same mailing service at 27 Old Gloucester   
   Street, London, WC1N 3AF which is operated by British Monomarks Ltd   
   www.britishmonomarks.co.uk), and the same registered-office service at   
   Coastal House, 180 Bridge Road, Southampton, Hampshire, SO31 7EH operated by   
   Coastal Credit UK Ltd (www.coastalhouse.fsnet.co.uk/) for £25 a year.   
      
   The companies are dormant and have not filed annual returns since   
   incorporation. They are not owned or operated by the UK government or its   
   contractors, from the information I've seen.
